These guidelines are designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience with your car rental in Windhoek, Namibia.

Terms & Conditions

The minimum rental period is 5 days.

The driver's minimum age is 23 years.

We accept credit cards, EFT or cash.

A minimum deposit of 25% is payable to secure your booking.

No vehicles may be taken outside of Namibia without prior approval.

We offer reduced excess options at an additional daily fee.

Personal property is not covered by the insurance or its waivers.

A rental agreement needs to be signed and is subject to its conditions.

Extensions must be arranged in advance and are subject to vehicle availability.

No dune driving is permitted and will not be covered by the insurance.

Driving through salt pans and salt water is strictly prohibited.

Maximum speeds of 80km/h apply on gravel roads and are strongly recommended.

Your excess amount, for which you will be liable in the event of an accident, will be reserved on your credit card.

A valid driver's license in English language (or a translation of a non-english driver's licence) is required to book a vehicle.

our rates include unlimited milage, free airport transfer, 24hr backup service and standard third-party insurance.
